2. Financial Considerations

3. Product Delivery

  • Accuracy: We will deliver the package to the exact address provided by you.
  • Coordination: Our delivery partners typically call prior to delivery. Please ensure you are available or have made arrangements for someone to accept the order.
  • Missed Deliveries: If an order is not collected on the scheduled date, you may be liable for additional delivery charges as per the courier service provider’s contract.
  • Carrier Rights: RajSakhi reserves the right to select or change the courier partner based on distance, weight, and delivery timelines to ensure the best service.

4. Order Cancellation

We understand plans change. However, cancellations are only accepted within the following timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders (Cards/Net Banking/UPI): Must be cancelled on the same day before the dispatch cut-off time.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Must be cancelled on the same day before the dispatch cut-off time.
  • Reserve & Pick (if applicable): Within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note: RajSakhi will NOT accept any cancellations once the product has been dispatched.

5. Intellectual Property, Software, and Content

All content available on RajSakhi.in—including images, text, logos, and software—is the property of RajSakhi or its licensors and is protected by global copyright laws.
